Having covered the deathcare profession for more 20 years, I’m keenly aware of the challenges that cemeteries face.

I became familiar with the business working as an intern on the obituary desk at The Times of Trenton in the late 1990s. There, I got to know numerous funeral directors and cemeterians.

After graduating, I landed a job at one of the profession’s top trade publications, serving as associate editor, editorial director and executive director. I’ve made so many friends in this profession. I have a deep respect for the work cemetery professionals do.

As the founder of CemeteryVision.com — a companion site to FuneralVision.com — I am continuing my mission of keeping deathcare professionals informed – and helping them look ahead.
